A decision will be made to cancel the race at least one month prior to the race start based on information provided by Federal, State, and County governments. All public land owners will be notified as soon as possible if the event is cancelled. Cancellation will include refunding registration fees for all registrants, minus processing fees.
1) All staff/volunteers will wear masks at all time; 2) All racers must wear masks during check-in, during the race briefing, at the start, at transition areas, and at the finish; 3) All teams must stay 6 feet or more from other teams and staff/volunteers; 4) Race start will consist of each team starting in their own “bubble” that is 6 feet or more apart from the next team; 5) All equipment provided to racers will be sanitized before and after use; and 6) Everyone will practice good hand washing and sanitizing techniques by using the provided hand sanitizer at all transition areas and start/finish. Hand sanitizer will be provided at the start, finish, and at all transition areas. If food is provided, all food will be individually wrapped.
All participants and volunteers are encouraged to stay home if they have a fever, cough, sore throat, or have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19.
